FPS is a leading fit-out and maintenance company in Dubai, specializing in high-quality renovations, property maintenance, and 24/7 emergency services. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a crucial role in securing projects. This role offers a competitive salary along with a commission structure based on project wins.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for fit-out and maintenance projects.
Conduct site visits, material assessments, and supplier negotiations to optimize costs.
Analyze tender documents, contracts, and project variations to ensure cost control.
Work closely with clients, project managers, and suppliers to win projects and manage costs efficiently.
Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations related to construction projects.
Prepare and submit progress reports, valuation claims, and final accounts for approval.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards.
Contribute to securing new projects by preparing competitive and accurate quotations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, contracts, and tendering procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and industry-related software.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to win projects and maximize profitability.
UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
