Job Description
To liaise between Sales teams and customers and meet customers in person in order to collect, validate, organize and submit all related sales supporting documents from customers, ensuring all documents are in line with Bank’s requirements and in lieu of the Product’s policies / mandates
Responsibilities
liaise between Sales teams and customers in order to personally collect, organize and submit all related sales supporting documents from customers
Ensure all documents collected are in line with Bank’s requirements and in lieu of the Product’s policies / mandates
Manage all ONRs within Agreed TAT
share a daily list of documents handed over to the sales teams including list of retained documents.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documents collections assigned
Qualifications
Bilingual (Arabic / English)
Has banking experience
Has his own car and valid driving license is a must
Good knowledge of Dubai’s demography
Ability to work our side the premises
computer literate
