Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads
Promote and sell the company’s real estate properties to prospective clients.
Conduct property tours
Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth transactions while providing excellent customer service. • Stay informed about market trends
Prepare and present sales reports to management, outlining performance and opportunities.
Participate in sales events, property exhibitions, and marketing activities to attract potential buyers.
Collaborate with internal teams.
Qualifications:
Should have experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and current real estate regulations.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
A valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Skills:
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong client relationship managementskills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
