, we’d love to have you join our epic growth story. Role Overview:  The Relationship Manager SME  will play a key role in scaling up Yubi Loans, focusing on acquiring and onboarding SME borrowers in the UAE.

You will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, building strong relationships with SME clients across multiple sectors, and ensuring they successfully adopt the Yubi Loans platform for their financing needs. This is an

exciting

opportunity for a seasoned relationship manager with a background in SME and corporate banking, especially in business loans, working capital solutions, and other forms of financing, to contribute to Yubi’s mission of transforming the debt market.

This role is open to candidates from outside the UAE as well, provided they have relevant B2B sales experience  and can effectively acquire SME borrowing customers based on lending criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:  Identify and acquire SME and corporate borrowers across various financing products including Business Loans, POS Merchant Loans, Loan Against Property, Equipment Loans, Working Capital, and Trade Finance. Pitch Yubi’s value proposition and successfully onboard clients onto the Yubi Loans platform.  Business Development:  Conduct proactive business development activities including outreach, prospecting, and lead generation to build a robust pipeline of SME and corporate clients.

Client Engagement:  Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, CFOs, Treasury teams) of target clients. Foster ongoing engagement throughout the sales process to ensure successful onboarding.  Needs Assessment & Pitching:  Understand clients’ debt requirements and tailor Yubi’s products and solutions to address their specific financing needs.  Transaction Handover:  Ensure smooth handover of onboarded clients to the internal transaction execution team for deal closure and post-onboarding support.

Account Management:  Monitor the progress of onboarded clients and ensure they remain active on the platform by tracking transaction statuses and fulfilling financing requirements.  Feedback Loop:  Collect feedback from clients to enhance the onboarding process continuously and share insights with the product and technology teams to improve the customer experience.

Skills & Experience:

Experience:
