Your Role:
What You’ll Be Doing
Broker & Agency Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with top real estate agencies, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and actively selling Deca projects.
Project Presentations & Sales Strategy:
Conduct briefings, training sessions, and one-on-one meetings with brokers to position Deca projects as market leaders.
Sales Growth & Performance:
Drive project sales by ensuring maximum engagement from your broker network, leveraging events, digital outreach, and strategic incentives.
Market Expansion:
Identify and onboard new agencies locally and internationally to grow Deca’s market reach.
Client & Broker Support:
Act as the key liaison between developers, brokers, and buyers to ensure a smooth and informed sales process.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in real estate sales or brokerage is a plus, but strong sales skills and a go-getter attitude are non-negotiable.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills – you need to command attention and inspire action.
Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market or a willingness to learn at an accelerated pace.
High energy, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently while being part of a high-performing team.
