Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.
Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
Identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative sales initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
40 years old and below
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Aviation, High-end Hospitality, Luxury Retail, or Real Estate industry
Off-plan or Developer sales experience is an advantage
