Job Title: Relationship Manager – Indirect Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager—Indirect Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales within the Abu Dhabi market and experience working with channel partners and broking firms. This role requires a proactive professional who can effectively coordinate between developers and brokers, ensuring smooth transactions and maximising sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with broking agencies and channel partners.
Act as a liaison between the developer and brokers to facilitate property sales.
Identify and onboard new broking firms to expand the sales network.
Provide brokers with necessary support, including training on projects, marketing materials, and sales assistance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging broking partnerships.
Attend industry events, networking sessions, and property exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales within the Abu Dhabi market.
Established a network of active broking agencies in Abu Dhabi.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
