Job Purpose:

The Relationship Manager is responsible for migrating existing portfolios as well as building new ones as a Business Development Manager. The candidate must be able to onboard different types of clients and achieve monthly deposit targets. The candidate must also manage customers and attend to any cases or support needed by the client. Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for migrating & onboarding an existing portfolio and generating new business Write a developed executable plan for clients’ acquisition Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them Increase client’s base in the CFD business at INGOT Brokers Cross-sell different new and old products Safeguard and secure leads and client’s data Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively Gain

portal Thoroughly follow up on the client’s journey Train and educate juniors on acquisition methodology and the market in general Achieve and exceed individual targets Any other duties relevant to the role  Required

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree +1 years’ experience in sales Fluent in English and Arabic Troubleshooting &
