Position: Relationship Manager- Employee Banking EmiratizedRole

Responsibilities:

Seekout and source new clients by developing networks and independentlyidentifying and developing relevant resources for sales andbusiness development

Work independently oncustomers needs

Identify and develop resourcesrelevant to business development and salesgoals

Liaise with concern team to ensure toplevel client experience in all cases of client interactions fromfollow up to delivery

Attract as well as retainclients by developing highly creative outreach strategies alongwith marketing department in theorganization

Work in line with the operationalprocedures of the organization towards its revenue generation andsales growth goals

Work collaboratively withthe Marketing to develop creative outreach strategies to attractand retain clients

Continuously review thecurrent processes to find better ways ofworking

Manage CIB relationships and direct thefulfilment team to execute business in the EB clientpremises

Grow portfolio of Employee Banking Clients by desired percentage

Organise Helpdesk/ Induction activities at client premises in order to generatebusiness revenues by extension on Retail asset products andservices.

Lead generation and managementthrough FAB CRM systems

Act as the focal pointfor customer enquiries

Exceed expectations byincreasing standards of customer service also ensureaffective complaint management (Addressing customers concerns atyour door services enhanced

TAT…etc.)Effective Management of Bulk Account opening process for the employees of the targeted CIBG/ TMLcustomer

Constantly design and executestrategies to increasing business penetration within theregion

Liaise with Corporate &Investment banking business banking team to provide their clientswith a complete package on retail bankingproposition

Drive multi product sales with afocused approach on increasing corporateprofitability

Monitor emerging opportunities in Market Industry and Competition and share information with the Business Intelligence team to keep plans/ strategies agile andimprovise in a changing landscape

Work closelywith strategic alliances within PBG sales anddistribution

Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures Policies and Code of Conduct of thebank
