We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our asset management firm in DIFC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and institutional clients, with a target of generating USD 10 million in new assets under management (AUM) within the first three months.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to identify, attract, and retain HNWI and institutional clients in the MENA region, with a focus on achieving the USD 10 million AUM target within the first quarter. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and increased wallet share through regular engagement and proactive service delivery. Conduct detailed financial needs analysis and create tailored investment proposals aligned with clients’ objectives, risk tolerance, and market conditions.
Collaborate with internal teams including investment specialists, product developers, and compliance to ensure optimal client service and
regulatory compliance
. Monitor and report on portfolio performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to clients. Stay current with market trends, investment products, and regulatory requirements in the DIFC/MENA region. Organize and conduct client meetings, investment seminars, and networking events to expand the firm’s presence in the market. Â
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA is preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in wealth management or private banking, with a
proven track record
of AUM growth. Existing network of HNWI and institutional clients in the MENA region. Strong understanding of DIFC regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, and market analysis.
