Developer Relationship Manager (Georgian or Russian Speaker) – Real Estate
We are seeking a driven and commercially sharp Relationship Manager (Georgian or Russian Speaker) to join our growing real estate team. This role is focused on managing and driving developer sales, building strong relationships with Georgian-speaking clients, and converting high-value opportunities within the UAE property market.
The ideal candidate understands the dynamics of off-plan/developer sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently engage with international investors while delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of developer (off-plan) properties to Georgian-speaking clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and investors
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Provide expert guidance on UAE real estate market trends and investment opportunities
- Conduct property presentations, virtual consultations, and site visits
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Fluent in Georgian,Russian and English (mandatory)
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably developer/off-plan sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build trust with international clients and investors
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
- UAE real estate experience is highly preferred
