Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-centric Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, brokers, and investors. You will act as a key point of contact, representing LEOS International and driving real estate sales through excellent service, market knowledge, and strategic networking.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, investors, and real estate brokers.
Build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Present and promote LEOS International’s residential and commercial projects to potential clients.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients’ needs and offering tailored property solutions.
Organize and lead property tours, events, and presentations to prospective buyers and partners.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and lead generation.
Stay up-to-date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor developments.
Maintain CRM systems with accurate and timely client interactions and sales updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering a premium customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in real estate sales or relationship management, ideally with a developer in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and RERA regulations.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English (Additional languages is a plus).
Highly motivated, proactive, and client-focused.
