Position: People Relations Partner

We are currently hiring for aPeople Relations Managerto join our HR team and be responsible for facilitating employee relations and resolving any HR issues as required, with the aim of building a positive and engagedwork environment.
Responsibilities
Ensuring the Company’s treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
Partnering with senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement employee relations best practices and programs in line with company policies.
Developing and maintaining policies related to employee complaints, managing grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions.
Developing a framework for investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
Collating and analyzingemployee feedbackacross all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
Participating in and/or leading projects focused oncontinuous improvement.
Managing a team of HR professionals dedicated to employee relations; tracking performance and building a culture of BFLers both within the HR department and wider business.
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Post grad certification (i.e. CIPD) is highly desirable.
Minimum 5 years prior experience in employee relations.
Previous experience in managing employee relations for a large workforce (1000+ headcount).
Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
In-depth knowledge of KSA labour law.
Approachable withstrongcommunicationskills.
