Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our team! The ideal candidate must have experience in baking a variety of pastries, including croissants, viennoiseries, and other high-quality baked goods. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity in every bake.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, croissants, viennoiseries, and specialty baked goods.
Maintain high standards of quality, texture, and taste.
Develop new pastry recipes and seasonal offerings.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and freshness of ingredients.
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines before opening hours.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the team to create innovative and appealing pastries.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker.
Expertise in croissants, viennoiseries, and classic pastries.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient functions.
Ability to work early morning shifts.
Passion for high-quality, artisanal baking.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
