URGENT HIRING: Female Registered Nurse (RN)

We are urgently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid DOH (HAAD) license to join our medical center in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while ensuring full compliance with DOH/HAAD regulations and the facility’s policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Provide direct patient care according to clinical standards
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health maintenance
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure infection control, patient safety, and quality standards
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies
- Properly maintain and use medical equipment and supplies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) from a recognized institution
- Valid DOH (HAAD) license, DHA license, or eligibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a medical center environment
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional attitude
Salary Package
- 4000AED-5000AED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
