Job Summary
City Doctor is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and highly professional Registered Nurse (RN) with 5–8 years of relevant clinical experience to join our growing healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and well-presented nursing professional with strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
The successful candidate should be capable of independently managing patients, coordinating effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring a seamless and professional patient experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality, and patient-centered nursing care in line with City Doctor standards and DOH regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and accurately document clinical findings.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments safely.
- Develop and follow individualized nursing care plans.
- Coordinate closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care and treatment.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and health management.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Adhere to infection-control, patient-safety, and medication-management protocols.
- Ensure patient dignity, privacy, comfort, and confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and compassionate approach with patients and families.
- Support junior nursing staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Participate in quality-improvement initiatives, audits, and continuous professional development.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid DOH Registered Nurse License / DOH Eligibility.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong experience in hospital, clinic, home healthcare, or premium healthcare services.
- Excellent clinical assessment and patient-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration, infection control, and patient safety.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS certification is an advantage.

Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
