Registered Nurse (RN) – Homecare Full-Time We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, ensuring a safe and effective treatment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and health history.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient progress and vital signs, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Provide wound care, assist with mobility, and manage pain control.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record system.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to hospital, state, and national healthcare regulations.
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Report any changes in patient condition to the attending physician or healthcare team.
Advocate for patients’ rights and well-being.
Provide emotional support to patients and families during treatment and recovery.
Professional Development

Stay current with nursing practices through continuing

Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certification:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Abu Dhabi.
