We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our medical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, manage medical procedures, and support the overall health and well-being of patients. Your clinical skills and compassionate approach will be essential in delivering excellent healthcare services and contributing to our commitment to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement patient care based on individual needs and medical conditions. Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes. Ensure documentation complies with healthcare regulations and standards.
Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and health management. Provide guidance on medication administration, lifestyle changes, and preventive care.
Assist with medical procedures and interventions as required. Prepare patients for procedures, assist during operations or examinations, and ensure proper post-procedure care.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
3 to 8 years of experience in a nursing role, with experience in medical, healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices preferred.
