Dubai London Hospital Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Midwife to join its maternity care team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for healthcare professionals who are passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period while delivering exceptional patient‑centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to mothers and newborns
- Monitor maternal and fetal wellbeing throughout pregnancy and childbirth
- Support and assist with normal deliveries while ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Educate and counsel patients and their families on pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care
- Collaborate closely with obstetricians, neonatologists, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, clinical protocols, and healthcare standards
Requirements
- DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License as a Registered Midwife is mandatory
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Midwifery or an equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in maternity, labor and delivery, and postnatal care within a hospital environment preferred
- Strong commitment to evidence‑based maternal and neonatal healthcare practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Patient‑focused approach with a commitment to delivering compassionate care
- Strong knowledge of antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
- Strong knowledge of maternal and fetal monitoring
- Strong knowledge of breastfeeding support and newborn care
- Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and healthcare regulations
