Registered General Nurse Jobs in Doha at Tadawi Medical Center
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our medical team in Qatar. The successful candidate will provide high quality nursing care to patients, support physicians in clinical procedures, and promote patient safety and comfort in accordance with established medical protocols and Qatar’s healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and intravenous (IV) fluids safely and accurately.
- Perform IV cannulation and manage IV lines as per clinical guidelines.
- Monitor and record patient conditions, including vital signs and IV therapy effectiveness.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports.
- Provide health education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Ensure infection control standards and health & safety guidelines are strictly followed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid QCHP License or eligibility to obtain one in Qatar.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage.
