Industry – Freight Forwarding. Industry experience must in Abu Dhabi
Expereince – 12-15 years. Min 7- 8 years of current experience must be in Freight Forwarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate should preferably be currently based in Abu Dhabi/UAE with good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market.
- We are looking for a mature and experienced professional, with substantial UAE/GCC logistics experience.
- The candidate must have held a senior leadership/managerial position and should have experience managing a team.
- Sales and Business Development must be a core competency. I am not looking for a purely operational profile. The candidate should have personally developed customers, handled senior-level client relationships and won new business.
- Strong experience in freight forwarding and transportation is essential.
- Practical exposure to Dangerous Goods transportation is mandatory.
- Previous exposure to Class 7 / radioactive material / nuclear logistics would be a major advantage, although this is not mandatory if the candidate has a strong DG background and is capable of learning the specialised requirements.
- Exposure to customers within Oil & Gas, Energy, Nuclear, Government, Industrial or other specialised logistics sectors would be preferred.
- The person should be commercially strong, hands-on, confident with customers and capable of progressively taking on wider management responsibilities.
Pay: AED17,000.00 – AED18,000.00 per month
