The Role
The Regional Sales Manager will lead regional sales operations, manage high-performing sales teams, and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic sales leader capable of balancing operational execution with long-term business development.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales operations across the assigned region.
- Develop regional commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage regional sales budgets and performance targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop regional sales teams.
- Strengthen relationships with strategic customers and distributors.
- Monitor regional sales performance and profitability.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve commercial execution.
- Prepare executive sales reports and market analysis.
- Monitor competitive activities and industry developments.
- Ensure compliance with company commercial policies and pricing strategies.
- Represent the business during major customer engagements and industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of progressive sales experience.
- Previous regional sales management experience.
- Strong understanding of distribution and channel management.
- Excellent leadership and coaching abilities.
- Commercial planning and forecasting experience.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be an advantage.
