Job Summary
Responsible for building and executing the sales strategic plan for the assigned region through leading an integrated sales force to achieve the revenue and profitability targets for the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategic plan for the region to drive achievement of thesales targets/volume, net revenue, and market share.
Assign sales force targets across assigned territories and channels (GT, on-premise, and wholesale) and effectively communicate the annual/monthly objectives to the teams.
Own and manage CDA productivity – achievement of key KPIs, take appropriate actions, and ensure alignment with annual objectives.
Build and execute the annual budget based on the regional Customer Demand Forecast (CDF) to ensure achieving strategic revenue and growth targets.
Review monthly aging reports, set and execute a monthly collection plan to ensure achievement of collection targets.
Implement best practices and tools across the sales organization in the assigned region, to build and grow a high-performing sales team.
Develop, maintain, and improve business relations with customers in different sales channels and seek opportunities to grow/secure the existing/new businesses.
Develop and build a salesleadership pipelineby coaching and mentoring direct reports to ensuresustainability.
Work closely with Sales Transformation and Capability team to improve route efficiency and develop the talent of the front-line sales team.
Ensure all employees are trained to adhere to safety standards to avoid any risk to health, life, and operation.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
10 years of relevant sales experience with 5 years inleadership rolesin the FMCG/Beverages industry.
Knowledge of support functions,merchandising, etc.
Knowledge of utilizing sales technology tools for effective frontline management.
Fluency in Arabic and English language.
