We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Sales Director to spearhead our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and drive sales growth in East Africa and Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue growth: consistently meet or exceed revenue objectives
Market strategy execution: Implement and oversee the execution of the company’s GTM strategy to maximize market impact and drive regional revenue growth
Sales strategy management: Develop and execute sales strategies to develop and manage opportunities throughout their lifecycle, from lead generation to closing
Opportunity and funnel management: Build and manage a robust opportunities pipeline using Salesforce
Channel partner development: Recruit, train and coordinate channel partners activities to expand market reach
Demand generation: Drive demand for RADWIN’s products and solutions demand at both end user and channel partner levels
Customer insights: Provide detailed customer feedback for product planning and development
Requirements:
Experience: At least Five years of experience selling communications or networking solutions to Enterprise customers in the region
Industry contacts: Established network within the telecommunications industry
Proven performance: Consistent top performance in previous sales positions. Ability to deliver against aggressive goals.
Technical expertise: Solid understanding of the telecom and wireless networking technologies. Relevant technical background – advantage
Cultural intelligence: Proven ability to navigate cultural nuances and business practices in the different markets
Communications skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Professionalism: Possess integrity, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Language proficiency: Full command of English (speaking, reading and writing).
