Senior Regional Procurement Manager – Advertising & Consumer Promotions (MEA)
We are looking for a Senior Regional Procurement Manager – Advertising & Consumer Promotions to join our EMEA procurement team and focus on Middle East & Africa (MEA). Reporting to the EMEA Procurement Senior Director, you will manage all indirect A&CP activities such as Media, PR/Influencer, Events, Merchandising, GWP, and Beauty Advisors, ensuring that services are sourced efficiently, cost‑effectively and in compliance with company policies and regulations (c.
$76m spend).
Responsibilities
From a strategy perspective, you will maintain regular communication with global category leaders to ensure regional feedback is incorporated into category strategies and, in turn, ensure their effective implementation within your markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Turkey, Travel Retail MENA, North Africa, African distributor markets and South Africa). From a day‑to‑day perspective, you will oversee the entire A&CP budget of these markets and identify opportunities for efficiencies.
You will have full autonomy to execute projects, from stakeholder involvement to sourcing, contracting and savings reporting.
Your Main Focus
- Strategic Business Partnership
- Build strong relationships with in‑market leaders (GM, CFO, Marketing & Sales Directors) to collaborate on aligning procurement strategies with commercial goals and Coty objectives.
- Ensure you work on the right topics directly impacting Coty’s financial situation.
- Execution of Procurement Strategies
- Implement procurement initiatives aligned with global strategies while addressing the unique needs of local markets. Draw a strong sourcing plan/savings pipeline linked to market investments and global procurement strategies.
- Leverage market insights and ROI analysis to support strategic investments, drive sustainable savings and foster innovation in A&CP areas.
- Financial & Supplier Performance Management
- Develop and manage sourcing plans aligned with budgets, focusing on cost efficiency, quality and timing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, manage contracts effectively and ensure supplier performance meets Coty’s high standards.
- Risk & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal and company policies, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, including supplier financial stability and performance.
- Deploy Coty’s Sustainability agenda within markets, tracking suppliers’ Ecovadis and Sedex certifications.

- You have meaningful experience in Procurement or related business functions, 5–7 years, with a strong track‑record in A&CP within an FMCG corporation.
- You have professional fluency in English;
