We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Regional Marketing Specialist – UAE to join our Marketing team at COYA Dubai.
About the Role:
As a Regional Marketing Specialist, you will support the delivery of COYA’s approved marketing initiatives across our UAE venues, working closely with the Global Marketing Director, venue teams, agencies and suppliers to ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard.
This role requires a proactive, organised and hands-on marketer with experience in campaign delivery, events, partnerships, PR, content creation and brand activations. You’ll be confident working independently, building strong relationships with stakeholders and representing the Marketing function across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement approved marketing campaigns and initiatives across COYA Dubai and COYA Abu Dhabi.
- Coordinate events, activations, partnerships, PR initiatives and influencer experiences.
- Produce engaging copy for websites, CRM, social media and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate photoshoots, creative content and marketing collateral.
- Act as the day-to-day marketing contact for UAE venue teams.
- Work closely with PR agencies, social media teams, designers, photographers, videographers and other suppliers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Support website updates, digital platforms and guest-facing marketing materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify local marketing opportunities.
- Provide on-the-ground support during launches, events and key campaign periods.
Experience you will need:
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant marketing experience.
- Previous experience within premium hospitality, restaurants, hotels, nightlife or luxury lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns, events and brand activations.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Experience coordinating photoshoots and external creative suppliers.
- Comfortable capturing high-quality mobile-first content when required.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for brand consistency.
- Must have high level of both spoken and written English and strong copywriting skills.
- Fluency in languages of French, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
- Flexible to support evening and weekend activity during key events, launches and campaign periods.
- Willing to travel within the UAE and occasionally within the wider region where required.
