The company is subject to the supervision and regulation of the Saudi Insurance Authority and is licensed to operate in all types of insurance, including general insurance, medical insurance, motor insurance, and protection & savings insurance.

Job Title: Regional Manager – Central Region

Leadership and management of the company’s operations and employees in the region, ensuring smooth operations, achieving sales targets in the central region, and providing training and recruitment based on needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Corporate Sales & Broking, plus 5 years of experience in Managerial positions.

Experience in managing teams and making strategic decisions.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

Language: Excellent proficiency in English.

Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal systems and regulations, following professional standards and procedures, and adhering to customer care standards in the region while applying best international practices in insurance.

Ensuring that the branch and its affiliated offices operate in full alignment with the company’s policies and the regulatory bodies’ systems in the Kingdom.

Organizing and implementing training programs for employees in the region based on business needs, in addition to conducting regular performance evaluations.

Following up, collaborating, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to execute the annual plan and achieve the annual targets.

Ensuring that all regional branches implement and follow safety, security, and occupational health regulations to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Supervising the daily operations of the region, its departments, branches, budgets, and setting performance goals.

Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including analyses and statements on regional operations.

Identifying challenges and obstacles facing the region and providing detailed reports on them, along with proposing solutions and strategies to overcome them.

Providing the executive management with proposals and annual objectives to be achieved.

Planning, evaluating, and improving operational processes to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that these processes continuously meet customer needs and expectations.

Assisting in resolving customer and employee complaints.

Building, developing, and periodically updating plans and strategies to meet the region’s needs, considering market changes and business requirements, to ensure continuous growth and progress in regional performance.
