About the Role:
The successful candidate will comply with, attain, implement & maintain Almarai Health, Safety and Security System & Procedures. Manage all Health, Safety and Security function systems, processes, personnel, resources & technology.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Safety and Security management in a multi-site environment.
NEBOSH International General Certificate.
Fire Fighting Qualification from a recognized institute or Government Body.
Provide health and safety support and guidance to new projects in KAEC-Rabigh City.
Implement regular oversight for site contractors’ activities and attend/manage regular Health & Safety meetings and site induction, ensuring alignment with project standards and government requirements.
Demonstrate quantifiable improvements in Safety and Security.
Experience of leading/managing other Safety and Security personnel (e.g. Safety/Security Officers, coordinators, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
