Title: Regional Finance Partner – Middle East & Africa (MEA)

Role Purpose:
To act as a strategic finance partner to the MEA business, driving financial performance, governance, and decision support across multiple entities including UAE, KSA, Oman, South Africa and Qatar operations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Partner with Regional Head MEA and Country Heads to drive revenue growth and margin improvement
- Support strategic decisions on pricing, investments, and market expansion
FP&A & Performance Management
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across MEA
- Track performance vs plan and provide actionable insights
- Build dashboards on revenue, margins, and working capital
JV & Multi-Country Oversight
- Oversee financial performance and governance of JVs in Saudi Arabia, Oman, and South Africa
- Ensure alignment with group expectations and shareholder value creation
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and group policies
- Manage audits, tax, and statutory requirements across entities
Cash Flow & Working Capital
- Drive collections, optimize payables, and improve cash flow
- Strengthen cash discipline across projects and entities
Project & Commercial Finance
- Support project costing, pricing, and bid evaluations
- Monitor project profitability and financial risks
Key Success Metrics
- Revenue and margin growth
- Improved cash flow and working capital
- Timely and accurate financial reporting
- Strong governance across entities and JVs
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 12–18 years in finance, with exposure to international/multi-country operations
- Experience in JV environments and project-based businesses preferred
Qualification
- CA / CPA / MBA (Finance)
Skills
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management
- Commercial acumen and financial analysis
- Understanding of cross-border finance and compliance
- Ability to operate in matrix and JV structures
