Accommodation Management
Collaborate with departments to assess and define accommodation requirements and lead the required properties’ search process in coordination with the requesting departments concerned.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate leases for suitable properties based on location, condition, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with lease terms, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. Prepare, maintain, and manage documentation for approvals, lease contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate the preparation and readiness of accommodations for tenants, ensuring all necessary inspections and preparations are completed.
- Manage main accommodations’ budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, safety protocols, and security measures for all accommodation facilities.
- Facilitate employee relocations and transfers in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate lease handover processes, including inspections, repairs, and utility transfers.
- Manage workspace design, layout changes, and allocation based on organizational needs and operational efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance requests, preventive maintenance activities, and manage service contracts.
- Supervise reception services, including visitor management and coordination of hospitality arrangements.
- Manage utility services such as electricity, water, and telecommunications, ensuring efficient usage and timely payments.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, municipality licenses, and civil defense requirements.
- Monitor and address penalties related to facility operations and manage objection processes or penalty payments as required.
