Crystal Facilities Management (CFM) is appointed as Engineering Supervisor for the Branch Supervision Project. We are recruiting one SCE-accredited Electrical Engineer for the [CITY] region as part of a 10-engineer Kingdom-wide team.
Engineering Scope
You will independently supervise contractor performance on MV/LV switchgear, UPS systems, standby generators, fire alarm and BMS integration, and emergency lighting — all on a sensitive government-banking facility network. Your engineering judgment directly determines whether contractor work is accepted or rejected on behalf of CFM .
Technical Requirements
- Active SCE professional accreditation (verified via SCE portal before interview).
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, accredited institution.
- 5+ years in electrical maintenance supervision or FM engineering.
- Working knowledge of Saudi Building Code, IEC, and NFPA standards.
- AutoCAD Electrical and Revit MEP — comfortable reading and reviewing as-builts.
- Strong technical report writing in English; Arabic strongly preferred for client communication.
Preferred Experience
- Banking, government, or sensitive-facility supervision background.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification.
- Familiarity with ISO 41001 / 9001 / 45001 frameworks.
Engagement Terms
- 24-month fixed-term contract, extendable on performance.
- Saudi national role (Nitaqat-counting).
- Reports to the Senior Electrical Engineer at the CFM Head Office in Riyadh.
- Daily on-site presence at branches within [CITY].
- Field audit travel ~1 city per quarter, fully expensed.
- Full benefits package — medical insurance, GOSI, annual leave, and EOSB per Saudi labour law.
