3t Technologies is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead MENA revenue growth across its simulation, VR, eLearning and competence management solutions.
Based in Dammam or Al Khobar, this is a high-impact regional role for a consultative sales professional who can build strategic client relationships, identify new opportunities and accelerate adoption of 3t Drilling Systems and 3t Digital solutions across the wider MENA market.
What you will do
- Own and develop the regional sales pipeline, from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation and close.
- Build senior client relationships and position technical solutions that improve safety, operational performance and workforce capability.
- Lead regional business development activity through client visits, industry events, product demonstrations and targeted outreach.
- Work closely with internal product, sales and leadership teams to convert market insight into high-quality opportunities and improved win rates.
What we are looking for
- A solutions-focused B2B sales professional with strong technical aptitude and experience in oil and gas or adjacent industrial markets.
- A consultative, insight-led approach, with the credibility to engage senior stakeholders and translate client challenges into practical solutions.
- Strong commercial discipline, CRM capability and the resilience to progress opportunities across complex regional sales cycles.
- Must hold a passport and travel eligibility that support access to Saudi Aramco sites and other client facilities in Saudi Arabia, subject to client and regulatory requirements.
- Based in Dammam or Al Khobar, with the ability to travel regularly across MENA and to 3t offices in the UK when required.
