on Behalf of Our Clint, we are looking for a Refill doctor. The job summary:
The Doctor is responsible for delivering chronic condition follow-up services to targeted population, aligned with departmental objectives, while ensuring high-quality care, patient safety, and an enhanced member experience.
Responsibilities
- Enhance member experience by providing clear medical guidance, promoting relevant services, and supporting retention.
- Manage chronic conditions through appropriate lab requests, interpretation, and medication refills.
- Ensure high-quality medical care in line with best practices and prioritize patient safety at all times.
- Ensure full adherence to regulatory and organizational policies and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Family Medicine department.
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery.
- Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license.
- Experience in chronic disease management and medical emergencies.
- Strong knowledge of chronic medications, dosages, and treatment plans.
