Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Red Hat Brand Sales Manager to manage and grow the Red Hat business within a leading IT distribution company in Riyadh. The role focuses on channel development, partner enablement, and revenue growth across enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive Red Hat sales targets (licenses, subscriptions, and solutions)
  • Develop and manage channel partners/resellers across KSA
  • Work closely with Red Hat vendor teams for pipeline development and joint GTM activities
  • Identify new business opportunities in enterprise & government sectors
  • Support partners with solution positioning, commercial proposals, and deal closures
  • Build and manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
  • Coordinate with presales for technical discussions and solution mapping
  • Conduct partner trainings, enablement sessions, and demand generation activities

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in distribution or channel environment
  • Strong experience in open-source or enterprise software sales (Red Hat preferred)
  • Good understanding of: Linux, virtualization, cloud, middleware (basic level expected)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong partner management and relationship skills
  • Familiarity with Saudi market & channel ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business
  • Relevant certifications (advantage but not mandatory)
