What you will do
The Senior Sales Engineer – BMS, Controls is a key role contributing to growth and managing major accounts reporting directly to Sales Manager – Controls , UAE
Based in Abu Dhabi, the role shall emphasize in bringing in business through AMC contracts, Pull through &, retrofit jobs and control optimization and digital solution selling to drive the growth of business for Service Department for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on Controls & Digital solutions.
How you will do it

Adhere to company processes, policies, and compliances - Market Strategy
:
Differentiate Johnson Controls through market understanding and sales strategies. - Customer Engagement
:
Develop solutions for customer challenges using BMS product portfolio. - Business Development
:
Focus on AMC contracts, retrofit jobs, control optimization, and digital solution selling. - Stakeholder Mapping
:
Identify strategic accounts to grow business within JCI installed base. - Collaboration
:
Work with internal pre‑sales teams to create techno-commercial solutions. - Proposal Preparation
:
Create technical and commercial proposals for customers and tenders.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering,
or relevant experience. - 5-7 years in selling maintenance & service contracts, replacement/upgrade projects focusing on Building management systems
- Track Record
:
Proven ability to maintain and expand accounts by generating new business and Pull-throughs - License
:
Valid UAE Driving License. - Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers.
- Organization skills and ability for multi‑tasking in a fast paced work environment.
- Determined, results and self-driven, maturity and high team spirit are essential qualities to succeed in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
