Recruitment & Training Officer – Food & Beverage Jobs in Doha at AL JABR
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen F&B candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding.
- Plan and deliver employee training and orientation.
- Identify training needs and maintain training records.
- Support employee performance and development.
- Ensure F&B service and company standards are maintained.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in F&B, hospitality, HR, recruitment, or training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience recruiting and training F&B staff.
- Good organizational and presentation skills.
- Hospitality/F&B background preferred.
Pay: QAR6,000.00 – QAR8,000.00 per month
