About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist -UAE Experience to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in sourcing and hiring top talent in the UAE, particularly for sales-driven and corporate roles. You will play a key role in building high-performing teams aligned with PSI’s culture and business goals.
Key Responsilbities
- Source, attract, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and selection strategies.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position PSI as a top employer in the UAE.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment reports in the ATS.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 3- 5 years’ recruitment experience in the UAE (agency or in-house).
- Currently based in the UAE. (Immediate Joiners are Preferred)
- Arabic or European language proficiency (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with UAE labor law and recruitment practices (advantage).
