We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Lusail, Qatar.
Job Details:
- Position: Recruitment Specialist
- Work Location: Lusail
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week
- Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Package:
- QAR 3,000 – QAR 5,000 per month
- Final salary will be based on experience and interview performance
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employee records, documentation, and coordination tasks
- Good organizational and computer skills
- Preference for Asian candidates
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding process
- Source and screen candidates
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support attendance and leave management
- Coordinate with departments for staffing needs
