Experience required – 1yr+ in IT Recruitment (Technical Recruitments)
- Proven success in hiring for niche technology roles (React, Java, Cloud, Data, SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong understanding of IT skills, project structures, and technology stacks.
- Experience in both volume hiring and niche/senior-level hiring.
- Strong interviewing/screening skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter,Bayt.com, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in GCC hiring
