Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE and a proven track record of successfully placing candidates across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and employment terms between clients and candidates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE (agency experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of the UAE job market, hiring trends, and visa regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet placement goals.
Must have own visa and be available for an immediate start.
