As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist with experience in the real estate sector to help us attract and hire top-tier talent who share our vision for excellence.

Position Overview:

As a Recruitment Specialist focused on real estate roles, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. You’ll work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates for a wide range of positions, including property managers, leasing agents, real estate analysts, and development professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate-related positions.

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.

Source candidates using various methods (job boards, networking, social media, referrals).

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve effectiveness.

Stay updated on real estate hiring trends and best practices.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in recruiting, with specific experience in the real estate sector.

Strong understanding of roles across residential, commercial, or property development segments.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, BambooHR).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

High attention to detail and commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for multiple markets or regions.

Understanding of compliance and hiring regulations in real estate or property management.

Talent acquisition certification (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Talent Solutions).
