About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Recruitment Sourcing Executive who can identify, attract, and engage top talent. You will play a key role in building a strong candidate pipeline and supporting the hiring team in closing positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and databases
- Screen profiles and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Maintain candidate data and track hiring progress
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Meet daily/weekly sourcing and submission targets
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing (Freshers with strong interest can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
