Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Identify and attract top talent for medical, administrative, and aesthetic roles
Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Stay updated on UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices
Requirements:
Minimum one to three years of experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in CONSTRUCTION , OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY
Strong sourcing skills through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
