This opportunity is with a well renowned Engineering & Construction company based in Dubai, UAE.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you would be responsible for screening, interviewing and placing candidates, as well as keeping up to date on company’s manpower needs. You will also be responsible for the monitoring and improvement of the recruitment process in the organization, Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them and keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates in the construction industry.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
– Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, job fairs, and use of various recruitment platforms.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
– Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports to track hiring metrics and improve recruitment strategies.
