We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiting Officer to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for blue-collar workers, handling a large volume of applications from abroad, and ensuring we attract and hire the best talent across various specializations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar workers across multiple specializations.
- Handle a high volume of applications from international candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit for the company culture.
- Coordinate with various departments to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other relevant platforms.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience in handling high-volume recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of blue-collar recruitment and various industry specializations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws.
