Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
Post job advertisements and source qualified candidates.
Screen CVs and arrange interviews.
Utilize sourcing platforms such as Linked In, and
Conduct initial interviews and support final selections.
Issue job offers and employment contracts.
Maintain accurate recruitment records.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
