We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RecruitmentManager for a leading Facilities Management company in Riyadh,Saudi Arabia.
Key Accountabilities
Lead and manage the recruitment process for various roles within the facilities management sector.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Coordinate internal hiring and manage external recruitment efforts to fulfill staffing needs.
Collaborate with departmental heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and company policies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
Bachelor degree in a related field.
Minimum 7years of experience in recruitment field.
Previous experience in an organization with a large workforce.
Proven experience in the maintenance and operations or contracting sectors
Demonstrated experience in both internal recruitment and external sourcing
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
