We are hiring for a RECRUITMENT MANAGER in Al Ain with experience in the F & B industry preferably cafes.
Job Description:
Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for café and support positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, and walk-in interviews.
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and practical assessments with Operations and hiring managers.
- Prepare and coordinate employment offers for selected candidates.
- Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and monitor the status of all vacancies.
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for recurring and urgent café positions.
Manpower Planning
- Monitor staffing levels across all cafés and identify staffing shortages.
- Work with Operations to plan recruitment based on outlet opening plans, turnover, promotions, and business requirements.
- Prioritize urgent vacancies that may affect café operations and service delivery.
Onboarding Coordination
- Coordinate with HR and PRO regarding documentation, visa processing, work permits, and onboarding requirements.
- Ensure new employees are properly scheduled and ready to report for duty.
- Maintain complete and accurate recruitment records.
Recruitment Performance
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time to fill, number of vacancies filled, recruitment cost, offer acceptance, and retention.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.
- Evaluate the performance of recruitment agencies and external hiring sources.
- Ensure recruitment activities remain within the approved manpower plan and budget.
