THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client, a multi-award-winning luxury real estate brokerage specializing in ultra-premium properties across Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, and Dubai’s most prestigious developments, seeks an exceptional Recruitment Manager to help them bolster their team of brokers.
As the driving force behind their talent strategy, you will help grow an elite team of luxury property consultants. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Focus: Successfully recruit 3-5 experienced luxury real estate agents each month to support our ambitious growth strategy
Curate Elite Talent – Orchestrate sophisticated recruitment campaigns to attract Dubai’s most accomplished real estate professionals and high-potential talents seeking to elevate their careers in the luxury property market, with a targeted goal of hiring 3-5 experienced luxury real estate agents per month
Develop a Premier Team – Cultivate and mentor an exclusive team of luxury property consultants, implementing bespoke training programs focused on ultra-high-net-worth client service excellence
Design Growth Strategies – Collaborate with executive leadership to create refined expansion plans that strengthen their position in Dubai’s competitive luxury property market
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Proven Excellence – Minimum 3+ years of distinguished recruitment experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Dubai’s premium property sector
Exceptional Performance – Demonstrable history of consistently surpassing ambitious targets in high-value markets
Elite Network – Extensive connections within Dubai’s premium real estate community and thorough understanding of the unique dynamics of the luxury property market
Sophisticated Relationship Management – Exceptional ability to build lasting relationships with discerning clients and distinguished candidates
Strategic Vision – Refined business acumen with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
