Job Title: Recruitment Lead – Outsourcing (Qatar)
Location: Doha, Qatar
The Recruitment Lead is responsible for managing the recruitment process for assigned roles within the outsourcing business projects. This role involves overseeing sourcing efforts, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
The Recruitment Lead works closely with the Recruitment Manager to meet staffing needs and manage a team of recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Supervise a team of recruiters, providing guidance and ensuring the team meets recruitment goals.
- Maintain and develop a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, and report these to the Recruitment Manager.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and local labor laws.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within BPO, outsourcing, banking, or financial services sectors.
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing a team of recruiters.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools & platforms.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and recruitment compliance.
